Mike and his team did a great job helping get a 2 year issue behind me. He is fair in cost and put in the time necessary to get my case dismissed with prejudice. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone who needs assistance in Pierce county.

Between managing hearings, collecting statements, managing the stress of the client (for being involved in the judicial system), tracking hearings and communicating the relevant details…you may think the presentation is too serious, but when it comes down to the details, I appreciate this firm for standing firm. The worst experience I have have ever had. The attorney, was almost impossible to get a hold of. Would email and call several times about wanting to speak with him about situations happening and I would only get an invoice a week later of $15 for reading my messages. PER MESSAGE! With no response. Communication was garbage to say the least. When actually speaking with him he would make it very obvious that he had little to no interest in actually fighting for me. His paralegals were the ones doing most of the work but even then I would have to adhere to their scheduled do to them being working at home with their kids. I was never given notice of communications with other parties attorney. I was never in the loop on what the hell was going on at all. And when I would ask, I got no reply just a charge. Everyone I have spoken to while this was going on told me I needed to find another attorney. But unfortunately he took my money and has no refunding options. A simple mediation and parenting plan took almost 2 years and $5000. Do not go here for legal council. Look at all the reviews. And notice a pattern with the 1 stars. He has little care for you unless its an easy win.

Kurt is an amazing attorney!! You know he’s good when you see someone outside of court your goes out of their way to let you know you got a good one! He played the cards just right and got us everything we wanted plus more!! I recommend Kurt, where he gets the charges amended and time suspended!! Without even going to trial!! Martin and Beth at the Law Offices of Martin Duenhoelter provided stellar advice and service for one of our kids, helping to address a couple of tickets they'd gotten. Martin and Beth were understanding, professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Communication was easy and we had to do very little to get the problems resolved. We've been very satisfied with the resolution of the ticket issues. Martin and Beth are the best and while we hope not to need their services again, we won't hesitate to enlist them if anyone in the family gets tickets in the future.

Rob has handled nearly all of my cases for the past 5+ years. Aside from 1 speeding ticket, every case has been dismissed, including a DUI charge 100+ miles away from Pierce county. You could say he goes the extra mile, haha..... Seriously though, his brutal honesty is a refreshing reality check that reminds you that hiring him was the best decision you could've made. possibly ever will.
