I needed some help with an administrative action in the military that was disproportionately strong for a minor infraction. One of the challenges in the military is knowing what your rights are, and knowing how to navigate and defend oneself in a bureaucracy that is confusing and inconsistent. I was getting inconsistent advice from different people, and the JAG did not seem to even know what was going on (they were overwhelmed with volume of cases, not very responsive to emails or phone calls, and the one I worked with seemed inexperienced and was giving me incorrect information, including some advice that ended up not helping me (by closing some avenues that should have been pursued). I reached out to Jocelyn for help and advice. She responded quickly and professionally to my initial request over email, then we met in person, and I immediately got the impression that Jocelyn was experienced and knew exactly what should and should not be happening in my case. Jocelyn then put together a plan, timeline, and a fixed-price estimate for us to move forward. At that point, I knew what needed to be done (by her and by me), how long it would take, and how much it would cost. After months of stress and confusion, I finally had some answers and a plan to move forward. Jocelyn represented me at my administrative hearing, and did so very well. She was well-prepared, professional, and I received the best possible outcome. I am very happy with the work that Jocelyn did on my behalf to represent me and I felt that she cared about my situation and did her best to advocate for me.

If you are reading this, you are probably in a similar situation as I was. Please listen to me and call her immediately. She is the only lawyer you should consider. She saved my life on multiple occasions throughout the process. She was upfront with her expenses from the start which seemed a little high at first but after a year of entanglement in the ucmj investigation process she never took advantage of me when I seemed desperate or weak. It was the best investment I have made and she never added unexpected fees. She answered my calls (personally) every time, multiple times a week for 15 months, often just to talk me off the ledge in between her trials and at odd hours. She was the only person I had to talk to at some points during my investigation. She informed me of the worst case outcome then the likely probability rather than what I wanted to hear and she fought for me with each new twist of this horrible experience. Jocelyn was my legal body guard guardian angel who protected me from the sexual assault man hunt and gave me the opportunity to continue on with my 18 year career that was in the balance. The so called "special victim" teams try every trick in the book to destroy innocent men and they are very good at what they do. Please listen to my review and call her if you are in need. She is an invaluable asset to have in your corner.

I have used kelly Leblanc through all my custody issues for years. She is incredible and does what is best for the child. I would give 10 stars if possible. She goes out of her way for the protection of the child. .

David made the process simple and easy to understand. He was there every step of the way. He gives the option to make payments over a course of a few months if you cannot pay the full amount of the attorney and filing fees upfront.
