After my first phone call with Jocelyn I felt a sense of hope. She listened, cared, and asked questions. We had a very small window to work with and I don’t think any other attorney could have done what she did in that time frame. Her interviews were done in an extremely competent and professional manner and her response times were amazing- (we were dealing with a 9-hour time zone difference). She does not sugar-coat things or gave me any kind of guarantee to a certain outcome but fought this case like she was my big sister, and I truly consider her a trusted friend. As I go on to my next assignment, I will always have her on speed dial! Without a doubt, hiring Jocelyn was the best decision I made throughout this entire process and I will always recommend her to my soldiers. Jocelyn does not come cheap, but she is well worth the investment. If she has agreed to take on your case and represent you, you’re a winner and a potential case that can be beat. All in all, I chalk this up as nothing short of a miracle given the malicious and serious nature of the precarious situation I was facing. Jocelyn is the most amazing person you will wish you never met. If you are seeking her help than you are going through a difficult situation, but Jocelyn is the one to help you get through it. She is brilliant and fierce in the courtroom and will fight for you harder than you might be willing to fight for yourself. She cares about her clients deeply and will leave no doubt that every avenue has been exhausted when the trial comes. She exudes confidence and expertise at all times and God help anyone who has to go toe-to-toe with her in a court room. The intensity with which she will fight for you will not be found anywhere else. She is truly a miracle and I will never be able to thank her enough for what she did for me.

When I first found out I should hire an attorney Jocelyn’s name was one of the first names who popped up on google. I immediately contacted her and she got right back to me. Knowing what I know now my search should have stopped there, but wanting to do my due diligence I talked to other attorneys from the Seattle area and across the country. Nobody else explained in detail the steps that she would take, and she was the only one who wanted to get started immediately even though I had a two week buffer before anything was really going to happen. Jocelyn put me at ease and immediately got to work with me. Jocelyn took my case personally and it showed in my rebuttal memo. I am still unsure of the outcome but I could not be happier with the product that Jocelyn gave me. I hope that I never need to hire an attorney again but if I or anybody else I know needs representation I would not hesitate to recommend or hire her in the future.

My sister has used the firm twice. James Beck assisted with an employment issue she had and Brad Maxa assisted with an insurance issue. She was very happy with the work they did and the outcome in both matters.

Painless and the constant reassurance of letting us know it would be okay at the end. We appreciate Mr. Yando and his staff for all the work they put in for my family and I. Nobody ever wants to file bankruptcy but when sleep deprivation and the constant trying to keep up with bills just gets to overwhelming it affects livelihoods then it would make sense to call David Yando.
