Meeting with an attorney can be an intimidating thing in the first place but Leslie is an AWESOME lawyer!! She is wise in taking the time to understand her clients' needs. She is fair and she understands Family Law and takes Domestic Violence issues very seriously. She shows empathy for those who have experienced trauma as a result of DV. She worked hard on behalf of me and my daughter before the court for the past two years in a very difficult case spanning over a decade. She poured out her heart and has fought for our safety and our future. Her strength encouraged me to not give up.

Five stars are not enough, I appreciate these folks to the moon and back! They have worked tirelessly and been there for me and helped me through darkand scary legal times even when it wasn't their job they were there for me! I would recommend them to anyone needing fantastic legal support. They truly go above and beyond and are honest, they don't try to hide anything. They have put in so much to help me and my family, I will forever be grateful.

Having to find a lawyer, and go through legal issues with family members is hard, frustrating, painful, and sad. Sometimes it is also very necessary to protect the ones you love! I, Kathleen Forrest, was one of two attorneys present at the mediation with Ms. Bottimore and Courtney Moore. My client, (the father) and I had nothing but praise for Ms. Bottimore. Mediations are very challenging especially when one party’s proposal is unreasonable. The parties reached agreement and settled the case, because of Ms. Bottimore’s ability to connect to both parties and reach common ground. Ms. Bottimore did not just exchange proposals between the parties; she made the parties focus on the best interest of the child and the parties eventually settled. Since reaching agreement, the parties have been following that parenting plan, and have been able to successfully co-parent, without incident. I highly recommend Ms. Bottimore to handle my mediations, especially, when a case involves children.

I've had the blessing of Leslie Bottimore representing my family law, post-secondary education support case that involved an ex-husband/estranged father from hell...and that is putting it mildly!! This case was drug through the courts for years, off and on, due to my ex and his crazy making abuse of power via the family court system. He made it his life's work to harass our college age child, myself and even my new husband and our extended family members. Leslie is not only compassionate and kind, but has always come to court well prepared, confident and knows how to shut down a crazy man, time and time again. She may be soft spoken, but she is definitely a powerhouse with her words and skills within the legal system. She is very familiar with the judges, how they operate and how best to approach a case. She was able to accomplish everything our child needed to complete their college degree and keep support until they are able to get on their feet. We feel so grateful for all she has done through the years to help keep the support going for the benefit of our child. Trust her judgment and you can't go wrong! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is forced to deal with an ex or soon to be ex-spouse who is trying to make your life a living hell. She will put a stop to it and make sure you are represented in a professional and justice oriented manor. I might also add that Leslie has an amazing staff that has been with her for years, her right hand gal, Kathy, and also, Evelyn. I have mainly worked with Kathy through the years and she has been such a kind and professional person to work with. She has always been empathetic to the tyrant my ex-husband enjoyed being to our family and was there for us, both emotionally and professionally, with her sound legal guidance and advice on my "to do" items for their office. The Bottimore team is a well oiled machine that works tirelessly for their clients. In court Leslie is worth her weight in gold. I was/am having some family issues that have required me to attain legal council in the recent past, but Bottimore and Associates have always been there to help. My family issues over the last couple of years have been difficult, stressful, and sometimes left me feeling totally distraught, but Leslie and her team have really been there for me. The incredible personal attention and support was amazing. I never felt like they were in a hurry to get me off the phone, instead weather it was Leslie herself, or one of her amazing staff, they would take the time I needed to belay any concerns and sooth my fears. Frankly I am amazed at just how much time and compassion they were able to show me given what an incredibly busy office it seems to be. At one point I felt like I was totally at my wits end, but by the time I got off the phone with Leslie, I felt reassured, confident that my case was proceeding in the right direction, and ultimately was delivered the results I had hoped for. She also made the experience affordable. While all law practices seem to have a ton of overhead, I never once felt like I was being over charged. In fact my experience was just the opposite. I can honestly say I felt like Leslie was personally looking out for me. The process was explained to me every step of the way, and I knew what the expenses were going to look like up front. Being a single person with one income, that meant a lot to me. Bottimore and Associates were referred to me, and although I live in Seattle, I will never go anywhere else if I ever need legal assistance or council again!!
