Mr. Bjornson took on my custody/divorce case with knowledge and professionalism. He made sure I understood my options and odds throughout the whole process. All fees and charges were clear and itemized. I feel that he represented me very well, and I cannot explain how happy I am with the outcome. I still use Erik to this day for a myriad of issues and questions.

Bjornson took $500 of my money to copy and paste my name into a letter to the court that was from a different case, then sent in another attorney to represent me who knew nothing about my case. He claims to have knowledge and skills to better represent military personnel. The reality is that he has figured out that it's really hard for military personnel to sue him for malpractice. Stay away. The guy is not a good lawyer, he doesn't give a damn about military personnel, and his ethics are reprehensible. The positive reviews you see are probably fake.

I find Erik to be passionate about his line of work as an attorney. He is both very experienced with the law and the procedures involved in this process. Kim handled my divorce and she was great. She always gave it to me straight when there was news, gave me info on my options, then allowed me to decide how to proceed and I never felt judged either way I chose. She was very personable and kind. We had a few "emergency" moments where things were surprising and rushed, and she was always on the ball, responding promptly, and responding well with compassion but direct and informative. She even went above and beyond by being proactive. When she hadn't heard from the other lawer, she checked the online records and found that papers had been filed and I had been divorced for a week or so. We were not informed by opposing counsel. All in all, getting divorced sucks, but I got to meet a lawyer like Kim and for that I'm grateful.

She guided me through a extremely difficult phase of my life, and helped me reach a satisfactory result in a divorce proceeding that was much more difficult than it ever needed to be due to unnecessary actions of my ex and counsel.
