One of the worst people I ever had to deal with. Wasted my time and my money. Didn't obtain video footage, didn't answer calls, didn't respond to emails/msgs, kept going on vacations, didn't say the truth, all he did was show up to court for court dates until the judge dismissed the case for lack of evidence. Asked me to be my lawyer to counter sue and talked about a big settlement then BSd me for another 5 months before he told me the case is too big for me and he couldn't handle it.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This was the worst experience with a lawyer I have ever had. I was told he was going to come to court at 9am, he didn't show up. He text me at 10-1015am to tell me he wasn't coming but I could go to his office and join the zoom with him. I had already been inside the courtroom for over an hour when this message came in. Once the hearing started it was apparent he didn't prepare anything as he was stammering and stuttering over his words. He didn't present any of my physical evidence, he didn't even get the facts of the case correct, the amount of incorrect information that came out of his mouth was astounding. He essentially let the opposing party run wild and free without even so much as an objection to any of the false accusations being brought forth, even though I had physical evidence that directly contradicted the accusations, proving them to be false. He had nothing but excuses as to why things happened that way, but wanted to file a new motion which would require me to give him more money. This is ineffectual council at its core. Charging people money, claiming to have read and prepared for the hearing but not able to state correct facts, or even speak clearly and confidently as one would when they are familiar with the material. The other option is he had a side deal with the opposing council and decided to let them have this one. Whatever the case, I was robbed of my time and money, this is not what effective council looks like. Win or lose if the lawyer presents your case and evidence and it doesn't win at least the information was heard by the court. That was not the case here.

The best Attorney ever. I've been working on and off with Mike for about 10 years now. It feels good walking into a courtroom, and knowing you have someone like Mike who has your best interests in mind. I recommend Mike for any your legal troubles.

This man went above and beyond for me when he was working at his former employer before opening his own business last year, whom I call today, ( Great people), they informed me he now has his own Practice, I wasn't surprised, he was truly a rock star for me, to put it in layman terms. He fought for me Even After the case was settled, I was accused for violating my probation, Twice, after talking to him, on those two occasions, he Believe me, I had no more money as I was recovering from major shoulder surgery at the time, he charged me Zero extra for representing me, because he believed I was telling the truth. It's been three years now, I now, I have completed All obligations to Kirkland Court, I now have a great relationship with my probation officer, Probation Officer Callie there, don't take my word for it, look me up, my name is James Harju and give my testimony Only because this man, Tim Rusk is worthy and deserving of it, so if you care about your future after a bad decision he is your best option, he cares because he's a good man.
