I was in a motorcycle accident in 2017. The driver of a large truck did not see me and pulled out into me. I had broken bones, severe deploying requiring an extended hospital stay – and a lot of rehabilitation. I met Katherine during my recovery and decided to hire the law firm where she works. I am so glad I did. I hired The Law Offices of Steven Weier, PS. Everybody I worked with there was helpful and patient. And because I am on Medicare my case had special considerations. Tina – their Medicare specialist – was able to help arrange for payment of my medical expenses and actually was able to find ways to smooth out the process for me. I worked with two of the senior attorneys Paul and Steven. We actually had to file a lawsuit against the company to get them to finally pay for my bills and reach a settlement that was appropriate for my case. I feel like I received great representation at every step of the way, and I would highly recommend this firm. They make a great team and do great work! J.A.

David Yando was there for me through the entire process. Any questions I had were answered within 1 business day but usually within 4 hours or less. He was very detailed on how things would proceed and what to expect. His service also includes an online class on how to I prove your credit to a 720 score.
