I have known Mr. KOLKE for years now, and am still impressed with how knowledgeable he is. He worked hard this time around to help me get custody of my daughter, and get her out of a really bad living situation with her alcoholic mother, and boyfriend. Family law is confusing, scary, expensive the list goes on it's probably the worst experience ever. Desmond through it all made my daughter's safety, and well being his number one priority. Thank you so much Des sometimes the good guys win.

Taking the chance to change my life thru this bankruptcy was one of the best things in my life I have done. Blake was there at every court date for my case and showed up prepared and ready to fight for me and was able to get all four of my charges dropped. His work ethic is admirable and I would highly recommend Blake as your attorney if you are in a bind.

I had a previous lawyer who said there were no options dismissal. I was frustrated and hired Blake. Blake reassured me that we could likely get a dismissal and he began negotiating with the prosecutor.
