I highly recommend John Durkin with Ladenburg law firm. John has many many years of experience working with injury and motor vehicle accidents. I was hesitant to work with an attorney for my accident however John came as a referral from another state employee who was highly satisfied with the outcome of her case. I have recently settled my case after 2 years and I couldn’t be happier! John made sure I understood the basics and the more complex aspects of our case. He called me regularly to update me, gave me time to discuss with my husband and even sleep on things to be sure I am happy with decisions needing made. John Durkin is an excellent lawyer who Listens to clients and cares that we understand the process. I feel like that is missing from many law firms. John has been around for a long time and brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients and to Ladenburg law. They are lucky to have him and I was lucky he represented me for the last two years. I was hit by car and it sent me to harbor view hospital for two weeks due to my intensive list of injuries. I was very badly injured but I was granted a second opportunity of life and I knew with that I needed the best to represent me . Erik Ladenburg(my attorney) and his paralegal Stacey are amazing people. After I talked to Erik I felt very confident and knew that I could just focus on my recovery and let take care of my legal needs. Having gone through two accidents with John and the whole Ladenburg team, I can honestly say they truly care about their clients. I was so uncomfortable with having to deal with the claim process on my own and John put my mind at ease every time I had questions. Having a unique case, I learned a lot through the process and John definitely kept me well educated. I would highly recommend the firm to anyone looking for a fair settlement.

Attorney Erik and Mariana are an incredible team. Both incredibly kind, and responsive to questions; willing to hop on the phone to get concerns resolved as well as give simple updates on where you stand. They worked on what felt like, to me of course, a very confusing situation with a car accident. & Poof, it went from what felt like a situation I could never solve to a positive light out of a negative tunnel.
