Great staff and counsel

I had began an "amicable" divorce by beginning my paperwork and filing without assistance. This "amicable" divorce quickly turned south. I'm a full time Airline Pilot, and I thought I could do this myself (you all know the stereotypes of pilots...and my ex used these all against me). My attempts in to do this without legal counsel, left me in a very bad position. I was kicked out of my house (based on lies), and had the time with my kids reduced to almost nothing. I was at a loss for what to do, and searched AVVO to quickly find an attorney represent me before there was further damage. Sandra had the best rating that I could find on AVVO, and I reached out to her. With 5 days notice, she prepared a good defense for temporary orders, and we were able to restore some time with the kids. Over the course of the next two years, we had a successful trial, and came out with a very fair result. I have a shared 50/50 plan of two very young children (at my request), and with my career and availability, its a HUGE victory! Getting to have a substantial part in my children's life was paramount in the divorce and separation. Sandra has great advise. She is very to the point, very honest. She doesn't waste your time. The best part about Sandra, is that her memory is amazing. This saves TONS of money. I can tell her a story once, and she remembers in detail to be recalled later. This saved hours and days of trial prep. Her trial experience and abilities are off the chart good. There was no comparison to the professionalism of Sandra compared to the counsel of my ex-wife's. She always represented the truth, which made trial successful. If you have an attorney that wants to lie or embellish, it will leave you in some tight spots later during the divorce. Sandra's integrity and advice (which I followed) set me up to be seen in a good light. I am so thankful that I had Sandra on my side. Look no further, she is the BEST!

I want to let everyone know that if you have a hard time trying to find a good lawyer Sandra is the best of the best! She takes all her cases very personally and give it 200%. I was very bless to have her represent me. The state wanted to teach me a lesson and tried to prosecute me, because I was a domestic violence victim and did not showed up for court on their behalf. I was very scared, but Sandra explained and took her time and walk me through all the courts process and just made me feel safe again. even though my case was pro bono she made me feel like I was paying millions. Thanks to Sandra my case was dismissed. She has given me the courage to leave my abusive husband. Also her assistant Michelle is very caring, understanding and helpful.

Sandra has been my lawyer since the beginning of my very messy divorce. It's often difficult for a man to end up with custody, and she fought hard for me because she believed my daughter would be better off in my care. In the end, she was able to factually lay out all the reasons why my daughter would be best fitted to stay in my care, and I've been happily raising her ever since. My daughter is healthy, happy and will always be well taken care of because of Sandra.

In any professional service I have ever had in my long walk in life, I have never had the attention and expertise given me that Sandra showed. When presented with a portion of our case that happened to be in Pierce County when we live in Snohomish County, she dug down 2 years into our ongoing 3rd party custody case, our backgrounds and those backgrounds of our false accusers and compiled a fact filled, convincing, and compelling argument that was useful in our case as a whole and not just the part she defended us against. She went well over and above what would have been considered an appearance in a false anti-harassment case. Her staff paralegal is top notch and you will find no better I believe. Michelle's performance was late into the evening the same as Sandra's. She showed me the difference this type of assistant makes to the quantity of real hard information quickly presented to the attorney, and the format it can be presented in professionally, completely, and in a multitude of copies. She followed up with me frequently and on time. What a find for any practice. This type of attention makes you know that your best interest is the forefront of their agenda, right up until the time your case is won. Sandra listens. She listens and then goes to work with the energy of a typhoon. She is not distracted and keeps the client on track as well. I left with a positive outcome and much more, I left having met one of the truest and best real people I have ever met. When my grandson asked who she was, I told him she was our Courtroom Angel.....I meant it. I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her services again, and count myself fortunate she was recommended to us and she accepted our case.

Sandra is an outstanding lawyer. She is very intelligent, has good judgement and knows the law well. Although she can fight hard for her clients, she used diplomacy in our case in gettting the opposing party to come to an agreement that suited us. We recommend her highly and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

I feel that I was very fortunate to have found Sandra. My case was not an easy one. My case was a dissolution matter that involved custody of my two kids. There was sexual misconduct that happened, and Sandra was able to consult with the leading experts in this field and present the facts at trial. Sandra did a fantastic job putting together the pieces of my case. She was exceptionally knowledgeable of the law and how to present the facts. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Sandra.
