Heather is a force to be reckoned with but also extraordinarily thoughtful and considerate. She knew I was going through a very difficult time and stressed the importance of self care. She checked on me numerous times. She fought the battle Until it was won, the whole time Working efficiently and writing and responding with eloquent, educated responses and seeking truth. She’s passionate, has excellent work ethic and has a well informed background in military law. She’s quick to reach out for assistance with expertise outside her scope and approaches everything with 100% of herself. She is quick to respond, quick to provide relevant and experienced advice.

I would recommend Heather to anyone that needs someone who is determined and gritty. She really talks to the person you are and not just the paid client like some see. She listens and goes to work for not only you but your family that stands behind you. If it weren't for her and my military attorney I would not be able to see my girls grow up. I was facing some very serious false accusations and as i previously stated Heather listened to my wife and I and did her research to defend an innocent man. I had an issue with the reserves, and hired Ms. Straub to get some information that I was not able to find doing my own research. She was very quick to respond to me, and provided me the information I requested within only a couple days. I had anticipated this taking far longer. She is very aggressive and energetic when helping her clients.

Howard is unprofessional. He is a joke in the court room. He seems to be OK with slanderous comments and allowing his client to be in contempt.

I was involved in a work place related accusation that threatened to cause great harm to my career.  Ms. Straub was able to calmly and clearly explain the entire situation to me and present me with the right course of action.  It was a challenging time but having such strong and dependable advice made it much easier to handle.  It is also important to note that Ms. Straub's advice led to a favorable outcome.  I would certainly recommend her to anyone for legal advice. 

If you want the most incompetent lawyer in Tacoma, this hire this guy. He will waste all your money, by filing inaccurate motions and delay your case forever. He doesn't even rate a one star. Had to give him one just to leave a review.

Howard Comfort is an amazing sweet Patient Man he made me at ease when we went to court i was so afraid of the whole experience as a. As a career Soldier I had so much to lose when the most personally and professionally embarrassing event took place; I was arrested for reckless driving and DUI. Without a doubt, Heather helped me earn my 'Retain', and because of her, I will be able to continue on and retire. It was because of similar reviews on Heather's past successes that I consulted her and instantly knew I needed her expertise. It wasn't a difficult decision to hire her to represent me, and looking back, it was the smartest decision I made for the dumbest mistake in my life.

Heather was hired as my attorney for a very difficult assault case. She was great at doing research to help my case as well as help me understand what could happen. In the end the case was dismissed.
