After hearing that my military career was done after being pulled over by a few other lawyers in town. Not only did Mrs. Straub help with guiding me through the military side of the house, she was also able to get my charge of DUI reduced.

I was at a low point in my life when I met Heather, and she gave me Hope! She was willing to fight for me, and she did. I will always be thankful for her expertise and professionalism. Heather was not the first attorney I talked to, and I was discouraged. She showed me enthusiasm. She believed me, and I left her office believing in myself again. I was represented by Heather for about 9 months. Knowing Heather was in my corner put me at ease during what would should have been a high stress situation. I was impressed with her professionalism, experience, and persistence to beat the prosecution team. Like others have commented, she was not judgmental at all. Furthermore, she was upfront and honest about the potential outcomes of my situation. She is also very meticulous and took note of each and every mistake the prosecution team made. CLIENT DID NOT GET ALL HIS BELONGINGS WHICH WERE STATED ON COURT ORDER, STILL HAD HIS NAME ON THE SECOND MORTGAGE AND ALL COULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF IF THIS WANNA BE LAWYER WOULD HAVE WORKED HARDER AT SEEING IT GOT TAKEN CARE OF BUT INSTEAD HAD HIS CLIENT SIGN THE DIVORCE PAPER'S AND NOW IT MAY BE TOO LATE..THEN HIM STATING WELL SHE GOT YOU. REALLY???? SO NOW AFTER STUFFING MONEY INTO THIS LAWYER'S POCKET FOR THE WORST JOB EVER, HE HAS TO GO AND OBTAIN ANOTHER LAWYER TO SEE IF THEY CAN CLEAN UP THE MESS THIS LAWYER CREATED. HE IS FORGETFUL, DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU AND IS TOO BUSY WITH HIS OTHER PAST TIME HOBBIES...HOW THIS MAN GETS CLIENTS IS BEYOND ME AND I HATE TO DO SOMETHING OUT OF MY CHARACTER BUT TO WARN ALL OF YOU TO STAY CLEAR OF HIM..IF YOU DID HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH HIM, GOOD FOR YOU...YOU MUST HAVE HAD LOTS OF MONEY TO THROW AT HIM....THANK YOU
