On December 27st 2017 I was involved in a head on accident while in a left hand turn lane. I had multiple injuries with massive pain. I started treatment and started to improve. A longtime friend advised me to see a lawyer. I didn't know where to start. He said when he had his accident, he hired Ladenburg law. I met with John soon after his recommendation. From the first meeting I knew I had made the right choice. Everyone at his office were caring, helpful and understanding. My case was settled recently and better outcome than I expected. On Christmas eve John called me this year to offer part of my case in advance. Because he sensed I might need financial help, knowing I've been out of work for 10 months. I was able to put a Christmas together for my grandkids and daughters. Ask yourself, who does that ? I'm sure he was busy and somehow found the time to go above and beyond for even considering my needs and desires. Look, all I want to say is, if you need an attorney for your situation, call Ladenburg law. He is a bulldog while working in your behalf. You want that. I was in an accident involving a drunk driver awhile back. Through some referrals I was able to find John and his team of professionals. These guys and gals are the best around hands down! Even jumping through all the hoops 2020 and Covid-19 threw in their direction! Amazing grounds of people who are determined to get you what you deserve. Being only 20 years old at the time I was lost trying to figure out how to even go about filing a claim or lawsuit. John took the time to make sure I always understood everything that was happening down to the fine print. Grade A service and professionalism that is hard to find this day in age. I highly recommend John Durkin with Ladenburg law firm. John has many many years of experience working with injury and motor vehicle accidents. I was hesitant to work with an attorney for my accident however John came as a referral from another state employee who was highly satisfied with the outcome of her case. I was hit by car and it sent me to harbor view hospital for two weeks due to my intensive list of injuries. I was very badly injured but I was granted a second opportunity of life and I knew with that I needed the best to represent me . Having gone through two accidents with John and the whole Ladenburg team, I can honestly say they truly care about their clients. I was so uncomfortable with having to deal with the claim process on my own and John put my mind at ease every time I had questions. Having a unique case, I learned a lot through the process and John definitely kept me well educated. I would highly recommend the firm to anyone looking for a fair settlement.

Attorney Erik and Mariana are an incredible team. Both incredibly kind, and responsive to questions; willing to hop on the phone to get concerns resolved as well as give simple updates on where you stand. They worked on what felt like, to me of course, a very confusing situation with a car accident. & Poof, it went from what felt like a situation I could never solve to a positive light out of a negative tunnel.
