As a landlord, small time real estate investor, and father of 5 children, Joe Harper has had a tremendous impact on my business and personal affairs. Starting with counsel in writing leases to dealing with difficult tenants. For our real estate needs he provided contract review, coherent closing instructions for my transactions, prepares purchase and sale agreements outside of traditional agent driven sales, and even created a durable joint venture for one of my land purchases. Recently, he intervened with my mortgage company to allow two adjoining parcels to be redrawn and adjusted to meet my construction needs. Throughout these transactions Joe has gotten to know me and my family, and with his encouragement, is preparing a will for my wife and me. I couldn't be more happy with his calm, even demeanor, his knowledge of the law in real estate and life, and his avalibility to discuss the simple to complete. Hiring Joe Harper, one of my best decisions!!

Joe Harper represented us in a lawsuit filed by tenants. He listened to our story, he put together the arbitration info and laid out our case....and we won. He was honest, he did awesome research, knew what he was talking about and he didn't try to pull any games in arb...he just made his points. We are so very happy with him, his work and the outcome.
