I recently (February 5th, 2022) received a speeding ticket in rural South Pierce County for 68 mph in a 55 mph zone (13 mph over the limit). A few days later I received a letter in the mail from the Law Office of Scott Moriarity offering to represent me in a contested hearing for a flat fee of $280 I thought about for a minute as the fine for just paying the ticket was $159 Scott explained that if I chose to have him represent me I would have to pay $280 up front and if he won the case that is all I would have to pay. On the other hand if he lost the court case he would refund the $280 fee and I would be required to pay the fine of $159 to the court. Today I received a phone call followed by an email message indicating that he won the case and that it had been dismissed I want to thank Scott for taking care of this situation for me and helping me avoid increased insurance premiums. You truly are a man of your word.

Scott is upfront, honest, and legit. He gave me insight into my driving record. Took care of everything from the time that we spoke (5 days after my "speeding" ticket). I didn't have to take time off from work to appear in court he showed up for me, got my ticket dismissed, sent me the finalized court paperwork (not what I am used to). Overall so pleased with Mr. Moriarity! I highly recommend him

Scott is a wonderful attorney and helped me out by getting the judge to see the light on my speeding ticket that never should have been written in the first place. I still have a clean driving record thanks to his hard work. If I have an issue in the future I will be calling him to help me. It was very nice to wake up to his call letting me know that I won my case with his help.

I highly recommend Scott for getting tickets dismissed! He handled everything, answered my questions and kept me in the loop via email. Definitely would use him again if I needed another ticket dismissed.

Through three covid-induced court delays I never needed to check in, as Scott was always a step ahead, kept me informed, and delivered results that were better than I would have expected.
