The best decision I made was choosing Scott Moriarity in (hoping for) dismissal of my ticket infraction. I chose him over others because of his great reviews; and from our first conversation over the phone. I trusted him. He called me today, and thankfully it was dismissed. I was so relieved, I started to cry of relief. He is outstanding, and has been a highlight of a very difficult year.

I was ticketed for no insurance and 20 above speed limit. Scott handled everything and got my tickets dismissed. IT was well worth the $ hiring him, I live in Seattle and would have had to make the Trek to Olympia t fight ticket. Scott appeared for me and I was able to sit at home. Beautiful ..couldn't be more pleased. Honest and professional stand up gentleman fighting for your average Joe citizen.

Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and handling of my case, satisfactorily answering any questions I had. Keeping me informed of procedural stages, it was basically like a "fire and forget missile", I had almost forgot about the situation until I received the follow up call, shortly after the appointed court date and time, that the case was closed and ticket dismissed. Will definitely consider his services again in the future.

Mr. Scott Moriarity was extremely professional and helped alleviate all the stress that naturally comes with getting a speeding ticket. He thoroughly explained the process in regards to how he would handle my citation and all I had to do was wait. I would definitely recommend him and I have no need to look elsewhere should I run into any issues with a driving violation. Easy, efficient, professional and very kind.

Wasn't sure if I could trust an attorney who advertised via snail mail but what's $280 if he could get me off an accident ticket? He says he can and we have yet to see. He's a charming, seemingly knowledgable youngster- We shall see come November 22nd!
