I received a letter from Scott Moriarity regarding two tickets I was wrongfully issued after I was hit by a semi truck on I-5. He said he could represent me and get my tickets dismissed for $280. If we didn't win, he would give me back my money. When an attorney comes at you like that, he's good and knows what he's talking about. He's on top of his game. First, because he found my case in a timely fashion and reached out to me by marketing his services in a unique and personal way. Second, because his knowledge and attitude shout "Winner!" from the second you first talk to him. He even told me how he was going to beat my charges, which I could have ran with and represented myself and maybe won. However, with my court date two months away, I hired Scott to rid me of all that stress. I didn't even have to show up for court. Scott and his assistant did exactly what they said they would do from start to finish and we won. I didn't have to pay the $750 I had in tickets and my record remains clean. I highly recommend Scott Moriarity. Trust that he can beat most any traffic case. Take advantage of this guy's services.
