I had an accident in Tacoma. It was an honest accident, no drinking involved. It happened so fast I truly didn't know how it had occurred. Because of that the trooper had to issue me a ticket for following too close to avoid an accident. I didn't believe that was the case but I was just going to pay the ticket until I spoke to Scott. He was pleasant and professional as well as attentive to my calls and questions. He managed to have the case dismissed, his services cost less than the ticket, and he probably saved me who-knows-how-much in future insurance rates! If you have the opportunity to use his services I'm writing this review for YOU. Do not say no to his work! He may well save you money and headaches. Call him.

Fast and friendly..

Scott had helped me twice in a span of two months. His services helped me out quite a bit and saved me money in the long run. I would simply recommend you call him and Atleast hear your options, he can Defend you or provide clarity with your set of circumstances. I would definitely recommend Mr. Moriarity. In my situation I was charged with a dui shortly after i moved to the state. I didnt know what lawyer would be best or how this scenario would play out, so I started calling around the local law offices and all I was hearing from them was these astronomical prices, but I called here and was set up with a free consultation. He explained all the different possible outcomes, levels of plea bargain reductions and about his experience with similar cases at various courts in the area. With everything that had been going on (move, impounding, etc) a lawyer was not really in my budget, but Mr. Moriarity was very flexible in coming up with a plan i could work with. By the time all was said and done i wound up just getting a couple tickets. I couldn't be happier with how well such an ugly scenario was handled.
