Terrible Experience with Gravis Law - Would Not Recommend My experience with Gravis Law in Tacoma has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It took more than three months just to secure my initial appointment. During that meeting, I was assured that scheduling the next appointment would be easy, but I never heard back from them again. I requested them to review some documents, and they took payment directly from my union membership account. The only confirmation I have is that they received my payment. Since then, there has been no communication—no updates, no responses to emails or calls—for over three months. This kind of service is unacceptable for a law firm. I would strongly advise against using Gravis Law.

Super unprofessional. Poor communication. Zero accountability. It took Derek & co. an Entire month to tell us (after multiple inquiries that we made) that the most important document of our quit claim, was missing and had been rejected. There's no way possible that the document was "missing." When I dropped them off, the woman at the front desk, Opened the envelope and even called Derek himself to see if he needed more. Nope, nothing else. Now, all of a sudden, something is missing. Why not inform the customer that sensitive documents are missing? Also, If it was rejected by the Auditor, why nor contact the client, immediately? Why am I reaching out, independently, and finding this out? Then, when I address the matter in a group email, he ignores everything I said wondering what happened to our documents, and chose only to respond to my woman. But never addressed the issue of it being there now "missing". Petty, passive & condescending, if you ask me. If that sounds like an outfit you want to trust to handle your lot, break a leg! It's unfortunate because my woman's an nurse, who pays monthly for this sewer service. I'm in the construction industry. This is how they treat blue collar workers! My woman will have to miss a day of work, again, to get things notarized. Maybe he'll speak here.

Unprofessional. I was referred to Shanece Dedeaux thru my job. Had an emergency. Called her, emailed them, said she would call back. Never did. On some reviews, its said that she's known for that.

Don't make the mistake I made of dealing with Shanece Dedeaux. Doesn't return calls or emails. Is known for that!!!No sense of urgency. Lacks professionalism.
