I hired mrs Duncan for a child custody case I got a fair schedule and a good outcome As a father in the situation it was about all I could ask for

Gina represented me in a divorce case against my husband. There were innumerable dropped balls, lost information, computers which didn't work, personnel who quit, not to mention emails and phone calls that Ms Duncan would not return. Her incompetence led to the divorce being dragged out months longer than it should have been, and the loss of thousands of dollars in potential income for myself. I am still out thousands of dollars, and my deadbeat husband is behind 11 months in support, as she would file no judgements against him, as I requested. I am beyond frustrated, am now facing the sale of my home, and now must hire another attorney to clean up Gina's mess, with no money. Do your self a favor, and BEWARE!!!! Walk away from this one.

I have had Gina as my attorney for over a year. She does not reply to emails. She does not contact you when you call. She files motions months after they need to be filed and does nothing in the way of declarations or responses to the courts. She is the sole reason i lost a custody battle for my son. I would never reccommend her and i suggest you stay as far away as possible. The emotional sufferage i have to live through each and every day is crushing now. It sucks when the people on your side are even working against you.

Gina was very responsive and handled my case completely. The only thing I had to do was to discribe the case to her and she took good care of the rest.
