Dan Mellen was extremely helpful in my DUI case. Dan was the only attorney willing to talk to me on a weekend and agreed to take my case on very short notice. Tom is the man!!! I talked to a few lawyers and some basically said they wouldn’t be able to get the charge off my record because of whatever. I talked to Tom he said he was confident that he could get it expunged and he did! If you need anything i would definitely give him a call first before anyone and hear him out!
