I highly recommend Tom Carley Legal Services, and here’s why: I reached out to Tom to ask his advice about an unexpected legal situation that needed to be resolved. When I called his office, he immediately made time to address my situation and offered his help to clear up the matter. Later that same day he graciously reached out on my behalf to the other party who was involved in the matter, and the process began to move forward. Dan was very responsive, replying to texts and emails promptly and walking us through each step. It was very scary for us to be in a situation that we needed a lawyer, it was all new to us and we had many questions throughout the process. Any time we had a question he answered it, always within the hour. Dan said he would get the best possible outcome for us and he did! Without giving details for privacy reasons, I can say that he was able to downgrade the original charge and get the diversion option.
