Mark Carter was amazing. I was put in a weird position by another attorney from a different firm. Mark helped to straighten the situation out. I was dealing with medical issues and he did not rush or pressure me. His assistant Tracey was just as awesome as Mark. I’m very pleased with the service that I got!

I hired Navigate Law Group in Feb 2023 for a short term divorce where I was trying to recoup $30000 of my money my ex stole. I had proof this was my money. Connor was assigned to my case. As of Aug 2024 I am not one step further ahead in my divorce. I had to ask monthly for updates. Connor did not do what he promised. In Spring 2024 Connor resigned from Navigate and his letter stated if we elect to find different law firm to notify Navigate if not he will brief attorny taking over case. I was informed by my ex spouse that I was no longer represented by Navigate law firm. When I contacted Navigate about this a head attorney named Amber said I am the ONLY client who misread Connor resignation letter and I was to notify Navigate I wanted to stay with them. Amber offerred to take over but needed $10, 000 retainer or she can guide me and no additional funds needed. Amber tells me the opposite info as Connor. She went through $3000 just researching my case. When navigate wanted more money I stated Connor resignation letter stated briefing was free of charge. Amber said she didnt charge me for 2 hours of work. That is usually disclosed up front not asking why charged so much for briefing. Amber was not educated on annullment laws for fraud and was charged for her to research that info. I spent $5700 to be told my ex is a fraud. I have proof too all this.
