Chelsey Butchard is the absolute best! I’m forever grateful for her skills. She guided me through a super sticky divorce and helped me keep myself and my children safe. I needed help in filling out legal forms to submit to family court in Cowlitz County. Attorney Tanya Green was very helpful in explaining the forms and terms included to me. My husband and I used Jennifer Joslin to assist us in a change of parenting plan. It was a cut and dry process, but we live out of state and had no idea what we needed to do. Jennifer was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She assisted us with the preparation of the legal documents, and facilitated a process server so we could have them hand delivered to the appropriate court. She has been nothing short of amazing (as has her assistant, Melody). Her communication skills were great, and she was always very prompt in replies. Her knowledge of the legal system and the potential speed bumps was excellent, and everything was explained very well. If ever this situation comes about again, we will not hesitate to use Jennifer!
