I've never had any kind of a "claim" before, due to a personal injury and was frankly, a bit fearful and intimidated by what the process might entail. However, Jesse Jacobs, my attorney, and his paralegal Julitta, put all those misgivings to rest immediately. As well as throughout the year and a half it took for this claim to be resolved, due to his sound advice to wait until I was fully recovered from my injury and released by my Dr. He was professional as well as compassionate, and he and Julitta truly listened to me and were always quick to return any of my correspondence questions with solid and informative answers (in plain English, so I could understand those answers! lol). In closing, I could not have asked for a better representative in handling my claim. And in the end, he was able to obtain even more $ than I had dared hope for. I cannot really express my gratefulness adequately for all he did for me.

Not a good place to hire an attorney

In March of 2018 I was in a car wreck and was injured pretty bad. Scared and unsure of what I should do, I turned to NW Injury Law Center and Jesse Jacobs. From the very beginning, Jesse made me feel like he truly cared about me. For the next 2 years he and his firm made sure I was OK and always made sure to ask how I was doing. Not only were they caring, but very professional on dealing with my case the entire time. Jesse went to bat for me. Making sure all my ducks were in a row as we fought for compensation. I never once questioned his ability because he was already on top of things. I truly cannot thank NW Injury Law Center enough for making sure I was taken care of from the very beginning. I highly recommend NW Injury Law Center to anyone who is seeking legal help!. They truly are angels!. Thank You Jesse and Team for helping me through one of the scariest events of my life!. Keep up the phenomenal work!.
