Don Jacobs represented my sister-in-law after she was seriously injured. He and the entire NW Injury Law Center were fabulous. My sister-in-law is extremely happy with their efforts on her behalf and with the outcome of her case. I highly recommend them.

I can't help but get slightly emotional when attempting to write my appreciation. I met with a number of lawyers after a truck hit me while bicycling, leaving me out of work for a year with a broken foot requiring surgery. I was terrified of the whole situation. Dealing with insurance companies was daunting to say the least, and he truly made the entire process easy and even, dare I say, enjoyable. He is so sharp in his thinking that his quick wit and knowledge overcame any and all obstacles without issue. He and his assistant are exceptional with communication. Regardless of my many emails and phone calls full of questions or concerns, they answered them all with both a heightened sense of professionalism and explanatory kindness. They truly made the process so much easier; I was able to focus on my healing and way less so on stressing over legal matters.
