A very belated review that I just realized I never left - We had a great experience with Kathleen and her office in the matter of a step-parent adoption. She was thorough in explaining the different types of step-parent adoption that could apply to our case (contested vs uncontested) and with her guidance, we were able to land on an uncontested case. She handled all the communication and paperwork with the additional parent. As this was during COVID, our hearing was held virtually, but it was a quick and easy process the whole way through. No surprises or hidden charges, and both Kathleen and her office staff were incredibly kind. Highly recommend.

Jane Clark is an exceptional attorney. Her team is professional but not over bearing. Very prompt in replying in a timely manner. My son was in a car accident that had greatly impacted his progress towards his career with over 100 medical visits in the last 16 months. I was very reluctant to hire a lawyer, which may have been very apparent to Jack when we met to consult the case. Jack is very personable and made me feel way more comfortable with hiring him. In the end, Jack was able to negotiate with multiple insurance companies beyond what I was going to be able to do myself, and was of great benefit to my son. I don't like that an attorney is necessary for certain aspects of dealing with insurance, but I was very glad in the end to have Jack as my son's attorney. He was right. We did need him. If me or my family ever needs an attorney in the future, I will definitely pick Jack to represent us. I would highly recommend him to others as well. I like Jack and would be surprised if anyone who hired him didn't feel the same. He is a good guy and from our experience, a very good attorney.
