I hired Jack Peterson to represent me to fight three different infranctions that I received in December 2013, a speeding ticket, a Negligent Driving in the Second Degree ticket and No Proof of Insurance ticket. Kris, was our savior.. we had been currently dealing with DUI charges when we had an incident, things were blown out of proportion and Kris helped us get through the most difficult time in our life. My teenage son received a ticket for Negligent Driving 2nd degree. I did not want this to go on his driving record and wanted to keep my insurance from going sky high. Lori was recommended by another lawyer to handle my divorce/custody case. I went to my consultation with my paper work and what I had planned on filing in response. She looked over my paperwork and was very honest. That I would be wasting my money if I hired her. That my ex wife had no ground's to stand on and we could hire her instead to proof read our filing's at $50 a visit instead. She is alway's prompt and knowledgeble in responses. I was in a really hard spot in my life when I received a ticket for speeding. I really couldn't afford to pay for the ticket and have my insurance go up and really didn't know what to do. Jack Peterson has provided an excellent service. Not only was I worried about the ticket I received. I had to be out of town during my hearing.
