I was charged with a DUI 10/3/2021. I found and submitted an inquiry to Mr. Mellen shortly after and he responded LITERALLY within minutes of me submitting an inquiry. He was very responsive and communicating with him was so very simple. I could email/text him throughout the day and into the evening, and he would respond almost instantly. He got me a VERY FAVORABLE result in court. I would highly recommend Mr. Mellen. He's a top notch attorney.

I called Tom Carley after I was pulled over while operating my Commercial Vehicle (semi-truck) for using my cell phone in my official capacity (calculator). He said that he couldn’t guarantee a dismissal of the ticket, but he said he would do his best. I did have to appear in court (a zoom meeting), to explain what I was using my phone for. Tom was thorough in his research of the law in my case, and the judge dismissed the ticket. I would recommend Tom Carley and will keep his number if I ever need his services in Washington.
