Tom was vary easy and respectful to work with i came to him with a felony level dui with a handful of other charges and possible revocation of deferred prosecution from past dui's it was a easy process and tom along with others from carley legal stood by me through a near 30 month process never asking for more money or pushing me into a corner and searching for a plea we went to trial and tom preformed amazing i received a not guilty verdict and was able to stay on my deferred prosecution i live life differently now and have another chance at a life and owe it to tom and his colleagues at carley legal me and my family greatly appreciate everything you have done for us

Mr. Mellen from the first moment I called him has been a huge help fighting my case. I was facing serious charges amongst them was a vehicular assault. Excellent lawyer! I was charged with second-degree theft which was a felony… Within the first day, which was a Saturday, Dan had it dropped from the second degree to third- degree. I was facing up to a year of jail time and a minimum of $5000 in fines, he was able to reduce the sentence to no more jail time and about $800 in fines… He really saved me. Thank you Dan!

When my son got arrested for felony theft, Dan answer the phone personally at 5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon! He went to work right away and answered all my questions over the weekend. I had no experience with Anything criminal, and he was very thorough with his answers, and also very good at calming a very distraught mother! By Monday morning, he had the felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor already. He worked very hard for us and was able to talk to the prosecutor into a diversion program, which will mean a dismissal after one year! I am so thankful I called Dan, he saved us!!
