I honestly could not be any happier with Christine. She is by far the best representation I have ever had the displeasure of needing. She quickly familiarized herself with my case and became my fierce advocate. She provided me with solid counsel that helped to put my own thoughts into proper context, which sometimes meant showing me where I was misinformed. With that, she helped me to quickly course correct and aim in not just the right direction, but in the best direction. She knows the law and easily navigated the nuances to provide me with the best options available. This provided me much needed leverage where I initially found none. And of course, I was kept abreast of all responses from the other party the moment her office received them. I cannot imagine having used another attorney and receiving the same superb level of service that she afforded me. I know I am singing her high praise, but high praise is due. No one can approach legal counsel with the mindset that they should get everything they think they are entitled to or justified to get. I certainly wanted more than I ended up with, but I ended up getting more than I thought was possible. I know it doesn't make sense now, but it will. I also went into this process knowing I needed to give and take. I needed to negotiate our position so that our child would have the best outcome with both parents. Excellent negotiation like the kind that Christine provides creates options where there weren't any before. Christine will deliver, but you need to work just as much to keep your options open. The moment I met Ms. Foster, I knew I needed her on my team. She is honest, straight to the point, and does not put up with wishy-washiness. I started my divorce with a different lawyer than Christine Hayes with McKinley Irvin. I always felt like I was in the dark on what was happening and did not understand why the process was taking so long and is so complicated with my first lawyer. Christine took the time to explain exactly what was happening at the time and gave me clear guidance on how long each step would take. She is so professional through a very difficult time and offers help, suggestions and options when I would have no idea any of this existed. For example, I was having a lot of stress over property exchange with my ex. Christine had a couple different option for me to choose from to help make the day go smoothly. Where do I start to describe such an intense year? Michael Hallas was my attorney who helped me through a difficult divorce and child custody case. It was truly a battle. Teresa Foster has been my personal lawyer for the past three years. I went through a very difficult and lengthy divorce when I was living in Camas, WA with three young boys. Deanna is an amazing attorney. She is personable and very driven. She has gone up against one of the very well known male attorneys in the Vancouver area and destroyed him. Deanna is a very honest, compassionate person . I was extremely nervous when I went to meet her but she put me at ease right away . She is very easy to talk to . My nephew and his ex-girlfriend have 1 child together, but have not been together for a few years now.
