I had initial meetings with 8 different attorneys. My understanding of employment law is virtually nil — So I decided to select my attorney based upon this criterion: who shows the most interest/passion for my case. Naturally, Colin was highly competent; though, his passion for my case and his appreciation for our strategy sessions is what really set him apart. Highly recommended!

Colin was a great help in getting me back to work after time off from an accident! He was attentive to the issues and didn't give any run around with legal talk. He was very accessible and quick in getting back to questions. I followed his advice and received the outcome I was hoping for. Definitely NOT the typical lawyer experience; I have great confidence in recommending him for employment and labor law issues.

I hired Colin to assist me with an Employment case. He listened closely, took copious notes as we talked, and was able to assess the situation quickly. That initial meeting with Colin convinced me that he was the right attorney for my case and for me. He was sympathetic without patronizing me. He told me that he felt I had a good case, but also explained the law and the chance that I might have struggles; emotionally as well as legally. Colin communicated with me on a regular basis as he worked on my case and kept me informed on the progress. We ended up going into mediation and my case ended successfully for me. Colin works hard for his clients. He seeks assistance from his mentors and associates to garner information and advice. He is confident in the face of his opponent but is never cocky!. I would call on Colin again if I was ever faced with another situation where I needed legal assistance.
