Jordan Taylor along with Rose and Bre , finished my accident case of 3 years . It was during Covid so a lot of the normal course was different than the usual . Jordan was able to pivot and adjust as needed . I felt supported by him through out the process . Thanks to the whole team !

Extremely unprofessional from day one. Never reply on time, often time completely ignore you when your desperate with time sensitive questions. I was Lead to believe things could have gone my way, but the court doesn't favor fathers, all rights go to the mother. In a moment of frustration and pain, one of the team members laughed at my situation (Jeannette C.). I paid around 35 thousand and all I got was a temporary child visiting schedule. This dragged on for over a year when another team member told me it would take about 3 months. They made mistakes in my case, and to fix the mistakes I had to pay again, when I confronted Michel Trotter about it, he said he would credit me back, weeks later when I asked about it they got angry and started yelling at me over the phone saying that I was rude. It was equally as painful dealing with my legal team as with my ex. They are extremely hostile and never on time, at the most painful moments they will mock you and ignore you.

Mr. Taylor and his office staff did an amazing job. It took a couple of years and the case was transferred to federal court. *** Pacific Cascade Family Law PLLC is not legally allowed to do business in the state of Washington anymore, and did not have a managing partner or founder who ever had a license to practice law in Washington. Pacific Cascade Legal is not a WA company at all. The business registration that is expired was listed as "professional, scientific & tecnical services" because they weren't legally allowed to practice law in WA, even back when the company was real. The registered company is actually Landerholm PS, of Oregon. Landerholm PS doesn't practice law in WA according to their business registrations and bar associations, which is likely why they have a fake WA business name that is not registered to collect money or pay taxes in WA. Lewis Landerholm founded Pacific Cascade Family Law PLLC while his Oregon license to practice law was suspended for serious offenses. Lewis now manages the illegal unregistered WA corporation Pacific Cascade Law, and he has never been allowed to practice law in our state of Washington. This firm is a fraud. All of their cases are at risk due to unethical, illegal operations they are running in Washington and Oregon. **response** The "past" client is your current client who is still forking over his life savings to your fake law firm. You say Jill Sasser has nothing to do with your firm.... Landerholm is your only real WA company, it just operates under the fake name of Pacific Cascade Legal. Landerholm PS is the firm Jill Sasser worked at for 15 years before becoming a court commissioner for Clark County. It is a direct lie to say that Jill Sasser did not work for your firm. It was unethical for your firm to argue in court that there was no conflict of interest. You lied in court, in email and on Google about Jill Sasser and her undeniable tenure at your law firm Landerholm PS. BEWARE!!! If this firm represents you, prepare for a mistrial at your expense. All of their WA cases are likely to get thrown out of court due to their fake business registrations and unqualified legal business structures. Open your wallet up and get ready for an appeal. They are not a registered business in WA. Their WA lawyers are registered to practice law for a company that does not exist in WA. They have gone through 3 assistants and two lawyers for the other party in court. They have not followed court rules for timeframes to respond. Our entire case is a huge expensive mess because of this devious unethical illegal company and their greed.

Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding through the process of a lawsuit. I had multiple issues and they were always there to answer my questions and reassure me that I could handle anything that came up and that they were just a phone call, text or email away if I needed anything. I was encouraged to get treatment if and when I needed it, and to take care of myself. My attorney also walked me through the process of possible arbitration, answered all my questions, and made me feel prepared for any questions the insurance company may have for me. Extremely shady, desperately tried taking custody from opposition. When that failed, they go to CPS and try labeling the opposition "abusive." If you have standards and morals, I'd stay away. Very untimely responses as well.
