Good attorney, very straight forward

If you want an attorney that cares about your case and listens to you, this is not the place. If you are looking for a place that will lie straight to your face and put charges on your account that are fraudulent, then you found it. Go somewhere else, I wish I had.

Karen Jones has been incredibly helpful! Not only looking up documents from many years ago but providing information in regards to my case that is helping me move forward to regain custody of my child.

Had terry as my lawyer and I think at some point you have to learn to throw in the towel. The guy had the nerve to call me brother all the time. 10,000$+ later and I think I got one thing I looked to get in the case. But it was ignored up until the last moment. Kept getting told to add money and I would be covered then told to add more money and more money. But as soon as I ran out of those green backs they first asked if I wanted to take a loan out!!! What a joke then once I didn’t respond the lawyer had no problem immediately contacting me to tell me he was withdrawing from my case and good luck. The world we live in where everything evolves around a dollar sign is disgusting I’m not saying that the guy doesn’t deserve to make money but to force people to attempt to buy there relationship back with there own child has me sick to my stomach I could have done everything this lawyer did on my own maybe a little better time to throw in the towel terry to old for the game now days.

I was very glad to have Jordan represent to me, he is a great lawyer who is proactive and knowledgeable. And I'm truly thankful to have had this opportunity through the Volunteer Lawyers Program. We had a great experience working with him and his excellent team.

Lilith has been a great source of information to me. She breaks down issues very well and explains them clearly. Anytime she has to send me an email on next steps, it is clear and concise with explainations on each step of the process. If I have additional questions, then she is happy to explain and offer guidance.

Jordan Taylor my attorney has been handling my injury case due to an auto accident. From the very beginning Jordan has been professional, added with a touch of humor and relaxed mood. As we have worked through the legal process, he has explained in detail the steps, making it easy to understand, every step has concluded exactly as explained. I have complete faith Jordan and his team to continue to handle my needs, should I have a legal situation in the future I will without question ask him, and the firm to handle it for me.

If you want be behind on all your bills and get charged for asking a question when they have been silent for 1 month then hire these people...I am disgusted with there treatment of clients/customers... They lost Dianne and 80% of there clients for obvious reasons s and good job Dianne...She is for the people unlike Pacific Cascade/Landerholm.... Don't use this Firm . I have been battling my X for more time with my 13 yr old child since she was born,I have never been so broke and its not because of child support, its the ridiculous overcharge of my questions...150$ to have a clerk/paralegal check if my paperwork is done?? Really!!! Or 80$ to read an email!!! I will never recommend this firm they are greedy and hungry for $$.... In America the customer is always right and here the client is wrong and will be charged extra for any updates on my/your case... Adios muchachos...

I had a good experience overall, but I didn't always appreciate how long the case took to be resolved; I didn't get everything that I wanted out of the situation,but having Mr.Buie's representation helped me secure legal boundaries with my Ex so he no longer believes in his mind that he has authority over me, Mr.Buie's understanding of my case and the intentions of my ex along with problem solving techniques, caused my ex to slither back under the rock he tried to emerge from. I hope I never have to hire them again but they will be my first option if I have any issues again.

Honestly had a horrible experience with this firm. This law firm is unfair with their billing and charged me 6k for nothing. They barely got to know me, and didn't know much about my case. They didn't give me the representation I deserved and didn't help settle my case. This firm is unprofessional. I would not recommend hiring them to represent you.

Although they were not able to help me due to where I live, Michael sent me a referral for someone in my area. Thank you Michael!!

Very unprofessional. My attorney mr.lehly was not at all helpful. Very rude not witty enough and very slow at arguing my case.his paralegal ms. T singletons is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered she basically blow up on me because I was 5 minutes late for a phone conference. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a family attorney. To look elsewhere.
