Super fast to schedule my consult. I had a 1 hour consult scheduled at 2pm and was told I'd be phoned. The contact called at 1:30 while I was in a work meeting. When phoned back at the appointment time I waited on hold for 15 minutes while they tried to reach the person I had an appointment with. At the 15min mark I decided to hang up as there was only 45min left to my consult and I had a hard stop at 3pm.
