Nick is a great lawyer! I went to him when I needed help with my divorce. My case hasn't been an easy one but Nick jumped in with ease! After being alienated from my kids he was able to finally get me seeing them. He's been very reasonable with money as well. He's always come in with an attitude of wanting to help me get my kids instead of when is my next paycheck. I think he's a great attorney! Very upfront about what will work and what won't. I'd use him again if I were to need another lawyer in the future. I'd also recommend anyone else to use him!

I had the good fortune of having been referred to Rob by a friend on social media. Over the course of several years, Rob has helped me out with a number of rather difficult and tedious decisions. Not only is Rob a brilliant attorney, and more importantly from my perspective, Rob Russell is a genuinely caring and empathetic person, which, as you know, is not easy to find in many attorneys. Filling for bankruptcy can be a stressful situation. For many bankruptcy signifies a personal failing. My wife and I came into Robert's office owing tens of thousands of dollars in credit card debt and medical bills. With the minimum payments and high interest rates we saw an uncertain future in which our debts threatened to disrupt our ability to raise our family. Soon after our bankruptcy we were able to get a credit card, and we recently were able to secure financing on a 2017 minivan @ 5% interest, thus replacing our old vehicle which had begun to cost more in maintenance then it was worth. Our experience shows that bankruptcy does not signal the end of financial independence, but allows people to reset their financial future. Going to Robert was the best decision my family could have made! Our family's finances are in great shape thanks to the bankruptcy, and I would recommend Robert to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

When he attends court with you, you will notice how organized he is and his office staff are very supportive and professional and it really shows compared to other attorneys and their clients present.

I recently went to Nicholas Wood on advice in a Committed Intimate Relationship case involving children. He spent over an hour explaining to me exactly what I should expect, what to prepare for and what I can do to improve my situation. He explained the laws in a way that I could understand, and also made clear how those laws could affect me, my children, and my assets. To top it off, when I asked what I owe him for his time he said "This ones on me, good luck" and offered another free session once I get my ducks in a row. I was very impressed with his knowledge and would certainly recommend him.
