My experience with Robert was great and I would recommend him to anyone who is in over their head with debt and is looking for a representative who is not going to make you feel like a bad person because you are looking to start over again. My wife and I were intimidated by the entire process but Robert and his staff made us feel very comfortable during the process. The beginning stages of the process there are a lot of forms to fill out but you are helped along the way which was a huge relief as well. Highly recommended

I've been considering bankruptcy for a while, so heard great things about Mr Robert Russel... Made my first appointment for Fri... However, his male assistant called informed me Mr Russel was leaving early and wanted to reschedule for Mon 9am..I had no problem with that.. Mon 9am I'm waiting at his office.. 9:15am doors are locked nobody is in the office... I decided to leave. 10am I notice nobody has even called concerned about my 9am missed appointment, I call the office his female assistant answers, I informed her I originally had my appointment Fri and was rescheduled for Mon 9am and that nobody was there and it is now 10am and I'm upset that nobody even notices that there was a appointment missed or a apology phone call explaining why?... Her response was did you want to reschedule? I stated no... She said have a good day and hung up... I've never met or even had a personal conversation with Mr Russell.. I will not be doing business with Mr Russell.

Let me just start by saying that taking the step to file bankruptcy can be very scary, and embarrassing. I felt so much same that I was going to have to do this I almost didn't keep my appointment. I am so glad I did! Not only was the process fast, but I was treated with respect! never one time feeling like I should be ashamed of my self or my situation. Mr. Russell and his staff made everything very clear and easy to understand. My payment arrangement is one that I can easily keep, never did I feel like they were just out to get what little money I do have. To anyone going back and forth with them self about making the step to file bankruptcy I highly recommend making an appointment. I just cant thank Mr. Russell and his staff enough for their services and helping me with a fresh start toward my future. 100% recommend!
