1st impressions were good. There's still a long ways to go but he seems much more competent and engaged than others.

Todd is a great attorney. I have had horrible experiences with attorneys in the past but Todd did not fit into this category. He was fair with his billings and obviously put in the work he invoiced for. I had a difficult divorce case with the possibility of a good, bad, really bad or horrible outcome in my case. Due to his skill, the outcome was good. I'm still a little shocked how well it turned out. I highly recommend him.

I just want to extend a huge thank you to Jim, and his team here. Saying he went above and beyond for the safety of me, and my children, is an understatement. It was a huge amount of work, and figuring out what to do for my overly complicated case, and he was there every step of the way for our high risk case. These people work here because they genuinely care... I wish I knew of a better place to leave a good review, but 5 stars is not enough for the help we got, thank you Jim, and everyone at the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers program.

I was facing 24 YEARS in PRISON on false charges Felony 1 with gun enhancement instead of self defense. Day-One Mr. Pascoe said I had a 1% chance to be reduced to a misdemeanor BUT he pieced together my case and got it!!!!!! Mr. Pascoe took over my case as my first attorney failed me miserably. Mr. Pascoe was at a huge disadvantage but he put together my defense I received 4 days time served and the elusive one percent chance misdemeanor charge. I wanted to go to trial and be acquitted but when the prosecutor leads with his pronouns and potentially the jury leads with their pronouns an innocent man from Texas has no chance. I got 4 days time-served verses 24 years in prison so I WON thanks to Mr. Pascoe!!

This man is an amazing lawyer. He was very attentive, making sure I understood all my options before making any decision. He put much effort into this case for me and is probably the best public defender in my opinion. He will communicate with you. If your lawyer or public defender isnt watching out for your best interest, visit Todd and you’ll see what i mean 💯

The older assistant is the kindest lady In the world.

You get what you pay for, which is nothing. They do admit to not having enough lawyers and resources just to being limited and understaffed, yet super busy. It took a while for someone to call me back, but the woman who finally helped me was very sweet and took her time while on the phone with me. They weren't able to handle what I had asked them about, but were happy to direct me to other resources that could answer my questions.
