I was trying to get a refund on a vehicle service contract and got frustrated with dealing with the "pass the buck" excuses. I contacted this law office to help me. The service contract was cancelled in July 2023. I finally received my refund around the 1st of December. Joseph was very helpful and assuring me during the process.

I went through the one of the toughest experiences in my life and consulted with Attorney McAleer. I was unfamiliar with the legal system, and I was really in a bad situation. I am a retired combat disabled veteran, and a lot was at risk due to my legal issues. Attorney McAleer made time in very short notice to meet me, assess my situation and create a plan to look out for my best interests. He cares about his clients, but he's not going to sugar coat anything. He is direct and forthright- he doesn't tell you want you want to hear; he tells you what you need to hear.
