I consulted with this firm, (James Kemp) as I needed legal advice, for a long standing, frustrating and depressing family case. He must have special charms or something because he was able to bring the whole twelve year debacle to a close which was very surprising and refreshing to say the least! If I ever need help again- this is where I am turning.

Best DUI attorney out there. Unfortunately I have had to use these guys twice, but I was able to beat both of them thanks to this hard working law office. If you need a DUI attorney in Vancouver / Clark County I highly recommend them

Awesome!! James Kemp was personable, compassionate, understanding and extremely able. I HIGHLY recommend him. James was assisted by the VERY competent and compassionate paralegal Annabelle. I am extremely disappointed in the services this attorney s office provided in a trial for a family member. I was a witness in the said trial. A few days before, the lawyer called me and he had no idea the name of the victim or what the relationship was between the involved parties. He was unprepared and asked me to clarify information he should have known prior to going into the trial. I was taken aback by his lack of knowledge and complete unpreparedness. In my opinion, when you hire a lawyer for a legal matter, he or she should exhibit determination, intelligence and a “fight-till-there’s-no-more-fight” attitude- none of which I observed during the trial. I would not recommend this office for legal business
