Rob get me right every time.

James Kemp served as my attorney over a case involving a restraining order. He was amazingly efficient in following the details & requested information from the court. I am very satisfied with his knowledge of the law in this case. His concern for my situation was genuine and greatly appreciated. Awesome lawyer!! I wanted to also say that Annabelle their paralegal was so helpful & truly compassionate while listening to our situation. These people put their clients first.

I hired Robert Andersen who is one of the attorneys there and he did such an amazing job! I was charged with a felony traffic violation in Longview and that is something I could not have on my record or I'd lose my job. Rob was able to negotiate an agreement with the city prosecutor to have my violation dismissed completely. I went through the one of the toughest experiences in my life and consulted with Attorney McAleer. I was unfamiliar with the legal system, and I was really in a bad situation. I am a retired combat disabled veteran, and a lot was at risk due to my legal issues. Attorney McAleer made time in very short notice to meet me, assess my situation and create a plan to look out for my best interests. He cares about his clients, but he's not going to sugar coat anything. He is direct and forthright- he doesn't tell you want you want to hear; he tells you what you need to hear. After calming me down, he even (personally) took me on a tour of his facility to show how his team can support me. What really helped is that he responds quickly and clearly. I will be the first to say that I was not the best client. I was really scared and probably pretty difficult, but he was always there to help me off the ledge. Attorney McAleer exceeded my expectations, as my case was dismissed. I am so grateful that I trusted him! I have my dignity back. I strongly recommend the Law Office of Erin McAleer.

I consulted with this firm, (James Kemp) as I needed legal advice, for a long standing, frustrating and depressing family case. He must have special charms or something because he was able to bring the whole twelve year debacle to a close which was very surprising and refreshing to say the least! If I ever need help again- this is where I am turning.
