When a shady businessman took my money but failed to deliver the merchandise I had paid for, I hired Brian to represent me. It was a difficult situation: not only was I living in another state, I was also spending a great deal of time abroad as well; thus, appearing in court would have been a huge inconvenience. While prepared to sue, I really wanted to avoid that if at all possible. By approaching the problem creatively and showing great persistence, Brian was able to persuade the businessman to deliver all that I was owed while avoiding litigation.
