John took the time to explain to me what was going on, what my options were, he was always available by email or by phone.. John was also very compassionate which really goes along way when you are scared and unsure of what you are doing.. John also working with you in his billing which also goes along way ... For me all of these things go along way when searching for a Lawyer to deal with your problem or problems which made you look for a lawyer in the first place.. When you have a very difficult case to deal with.. I personally would hire him again in a minute if I needed a lawyer again for any reason..
