I first became aware of Attorney Terry Abeyta when he was a frequent lecturer for and pillar of the WA State Trial Lawyers Association. I was impressed with his vast experience and expertise in the area of Tort Claims involving motor vehicles. As a trial attorney myself, in my law library ther is a two volume set of WSTLA Automobile Accident Litigation Deskbook. Attorney Abeyta was the author of sections in that treatise on matters such as starting an automobile lawsuit, navigating statutes of limitations and suing governments. I have consulted those sections in my law practice many times over the years. So, when I was rear-ended and seriously injured by a negligent driver in 2018, there was no question but that Terry Abeyta would represent me. He did a great job and I was very satisficed with the outcome. Thank you, Terry Abeyta!

In December of 2019 I was involved in an auto accident in Yakima WA. A drunk driver ran a red light at a high rate of speed hit the car next to me and shoved them in to me and my truck. The driver took off and fled the seen. I was hurt from the incident with medical bills coming in and my truck was totaled. I called Abeyta Nelson and they were great they made me feel like I had someone looking out for me. They contacted the other drivers insurance, worked with my insurance. they knew what to do and how to help me get the proper care to get back to a normal life. They relieved the stress of dealing with all the issues and They stayed in contact with me to make sure I was recovering well. The staff was very helpful and professional when ever I talked with them. They have a great team and i would refer them to anyone. thank you so much for all your help.

I was in a car accident at work. The results where bulging disks in my neck and a lot of pain. L&I is always a pain to deal with so i'm glad i had Rodney Nelson by my side. When L&I started denying claims for treatment Abeyta Nelson was on it. They were very thorough. Asking all the questions, checking up on denied claims, the status of others, all while keeping in contact with me and making sure i was ok. Their communication was great. They followed up on my treatments. Asked how treatments were going and how i was responding to them. They always pushed for what i needed. I really felt like they were fighting for me and they cared.
