When Abeyta Nelson says "we take your injury personally" they mean it taking charge from the start and making sure that I got the help I needed. As soon as I was released from harborview an appointment was set, from then on everything fell into place as it should've. I ask myself sometimes, what would I have done without the proper professional help Terry and his staff provide? I love that THE BEST decisions were made for THE BEST possible outcome. I am 28 years old, and have been hit head on by 2 drunk drivers on separate occasions. My first accident, I took care of all of the paperwork and headaches of phone calls myself. The staff have been amazing working my case. Lisa has helped me throughout the entire case from start to finish. It was very helpful to have Terry and his staff take over all the financial issues. I didn*t have to worry about all the paperwork and bills that was related to the accident. I was in a car accident that resulted in a severe foot injury back in Dec. 2019. I called Abeyta Nelson the very next day, and since then Terry & Lisa have been so easy to work with. They literally took care of everything--dealing with my medical insurance, my car insurance & the other guy's car insurance. I had a really long road to recovery that included 2 surgeries & 5 months of twice a week physical therapy.
