I cannot say enough good things about Tim Hall and his law firm. He is probably the most level headed and conscientious Lawyer I've ever worked with in recent years. He successfully prevailed for me in my law suit against local contractors beyond my expectations. His fee schedule was honorable and affordable. His attention to detail was superb. We were referred to Russell by our local (IOWA) family attorney. We had neighbors try to block our access on to land we had recently inherited. He quickly and efficiently explained the law to them without making everyone mad. He is a very good communicator. When it was time to sell the estate, he helped us split the land into four parcels and also helped us with the closing. I would recommend Russell Gilbert for any estate, or government issues you might have. We would use him again.

TIM is absolutely amazing! He was very involved in our felony criminal case since the day we reached out to him. He communicated with us regularly whether he had any news for us or was just checking in between court dates. We were told by our last attorney that this could go on longer than we anticipated, Tim stepped in and the case wrapped in 3 months time, with exactly what we were praying would be the outcome.
