I am so thankful I found Todd & Kaitlyn to help us every step of the way with our adoption process! It was an easy case for the most part but they made it even easier. Always a phone call/text away and always got back to you in a short amount of time! I would recommend both of them to any of my friends/family for their family court needs! Hear real good things about him!

Todd is a self proclaimed politician and if he has any bias against you whatsoever then the children he somehow gets to "represent" pay the price. If he doesn't like you he doesn't care for your child's safety either.

Raleigh County. Todd represented my nine year old in a family trial and wouldn't even return his calls as the sole emergency contact. He withdrew from his duties to follow political endeavors. Can't make this stuff up. Must have boasted their 5 star Google rating headers on their websites long before their focus on politics.

There are no words to explain how truly amazing both Mr. Kirby and Beth are. My custody case was extremely complicated. Both took the time to answer every question, return every call, and provided updates quickly and efficiently for over a year.
