I couldn't have asked for a better person than Todd Kirby and his firm to represent me at the most trying time I had ever had in my life. Mr. Kirby and his staff are very understanding, caring and professional to say the least. They took me in at my lowest point, were very responsive to my questions and concerns, treated me like family, listened to and addressed my concerns, encouraged me, supported and counseled me, took me through the process, and brought my case to the best conclusion I could have ever asked for. My questions were always answered thoroughly and in a manner I could understand. My enduring thanks not only to to Todd, but also to Lindsey, Beth and Jared for all their expertise and more than anything, just being good people that are excellent and very professional at what they do. Where to begin! This firm serves it's clients with integrity, honesty, dedication, true grit and so much more. Todd stepped in when things went south during my imminent divorce and custody battle. Without going into too much detail, Todd stepped in and made things happen and happen fast. He was able to reverse everything that the false allegations against me had caused. He is an outstanding attorney and a great person. He took time to call me on weekend and even while on vacation. I wish I could give Kirby & Ashley more than 5 stars! The team at Kirby and Ashley are outstanding. Beth was always on top of things, from keeping me informed of motions and hearings, to faxing documents to my attorney in another state. Jarrod was on top his game too, from acquiring necessary documentation to providing his insight and personal experiences to me regarding my case. I cannot express how happy I am with Kirby & Ashley's legal services. I would gladly and strongly recommend them to anyone going through any type of family law situations. Outstanding staff with exceptional service!

Todd was very professional. We was quick to answer any questions I had. I have to say my case was a very difficult custody case in Raleigh Co. Mr. Kirby was always polite and courteous with me about my case. Anytime I would call he would either answer my call or call me back if he was busy. After a long and difficult custody battle I NOW HAVE FULL CUSTODY of my son and really do owe it all to Mr. Kirby and his staff. If you or anyone you know has to deal with the Raleigh co family court system you definitely should look into hiring Mr. Kirby and his staff. I am so happy I made the decision to hire him and you should too. Thanks Todd!!! My son and I will always be forever great full to you and everything you did to reunite us as a family.
