Mr. Kirby and his staff were very helpful, demonstrating a great deal of knowledge and compassion in dealing with my legal issue. I could not have asked for better legal service. Mr. Kirby and his staff were very accessible and kept me informed during the entire process. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing legal services.

When I came to need Kirby, Gilbert, and Ashley’s services, I had a problem and didn’t have very many avenues to remedy it. I showed up unannounced, with the contents of my past life in the bed of my truck. As a schedule was quickly rearranged and a seat was cleared for me, I remember being asked, “How are you?” A simple question, but one I hadn’t had time to answer in such an abrupt transition; until then, I was more worried about leaving my personal effects on the street, rather than considering the internal chaos I was facing. Nevertheless, having a staff and counsel to lean on through a very dark portion of my life was invaluable. KGA’s care engenders trust, while their commitment to positive resolution of litigation speaks to the best and highest professional bond a client may expect.
KGA’s service goes deeper than the money, time, or issue; they care more about asking simple questions like “How are you?” and providing support that is invaluable in times of need. Their slogan states “Small town values, Big firm results.” that’s fine if you need a slogan and also true, but what lasts with this firm is that the welfare of their clients in times of need is their highest priority. These are the kind of people you can count on when things go wrong and these are the kind of people that will continue to see you through to better days- I cannot endorse them enough.

Could not be happier with Mr. Kirby's service. I have used him on several occasions and have many friends that also use him. Highly recommend giving his office a call if you have a custody issue.

Mr Kirby refused to present vital information in my case because he said that he didn't want to upset the judge and he was hoping to get further business from the judge. He was grossly negligent and derelict in his responsibility.
