Going through a divorce is a terrible time for all parties involved. But having an intelligent and capable lawyer to guide you through the whole process certainly makes things easier. Greg Bailey is that lawyer. I highly recommend his services. In addition, his staff is very friendly and perform their duties in an outstanding manner.

Quick, efficient, kind, understanding, compassionate. When you get a divorce it’s always messy, the above traits were shown during the process time and time again. I couldn’t recommend them and their services more. And Amber is the biggest sweetheart, they will take good care of you.

Great people, a really big help

The attorneys at Arnold & Bailey have been a blessing. They helped me through both family court cases and a criminal case. They were very helpful and cared about the end result. Overall I would highly recommend Arnold & Bailey to anyone who needs a highly qualified and personable attorney.

I was in a toxic and volatile marriage. When I had no where to go and crying hysterically I walked into Mr. Greg Bailey's Charles Town office. I was greeted by Debbie who walked me through the process and calmed me down. Mr. Bailey was right on top of things for me from the start. I never worried about anything. He was not short with me and never made me feel inferior or stupid. He explained things to me and always returned my emails/phone calls. I honestly have no idea where I would be, if God did not put Mr. Bailey into my life. As a single mom with no family support in the area, no money, and no job I was lost. Mr. Bailey was easy to work with in making payment arrangements and never pressured me when I was late to pay. Mr. Bailey knows his law and never once dropped the ball. I will forever be in his debt.

Mr. Andrew Arnold represented me a few years ago and recently and I just have to say, he is absolutely wonderful.. he exceeded my expectations, and will forever have my business. Staff is extremely understandable and fast with communication as well. Thanks to this law firm, I now have a huge weight off my shoulders!

If you need a good attorney, I highly recommend Arnold and Bailey. Mr. Bailey has been there from the very beginning for my child and me. I am very appreciative for what he’s done and also his assistant Amber. They are very honest with you and also caring about what you are going through.

I first had a phone consultation with Daniel Kirkland back in October 2018, following a July car accident. He said to plan on coming in for a follow up, and to complete paperwork, indicating that he'd be happy to help. Some time passed (due to being busy with ongoing injury treatments), and I finally came in in person in mid-December 2018. I left the office with what seemed like a clear indication that he would be representing me in my car accident case... he told me that he'd be meeting with his team in a day or two, and that I should have paperwork by week's end or the following Monday. Crickets. I heard nothing. Due to a death in the family, I didn't reach out over the holidays, and now that things have settled, I called this week to determine what had happened, with no form of communication from his office at all. I spoke by phone with a receptionist who was short and curt, who left me on hold for a long time, and who I then called back, and she told me that voice mail was not an option. She took a handwritten note, and two more days passed with no contact. I finally located Kirkland's business card, which he had handed me upon leaving the office in December. I sent an email today, and finally got a reply, saying that they had been too busy to discuss my case until this week, and that now they'd decided not to go forward with it at all. Seems that they are simply too busy. Which is total bs, given that my case doesn't currently require much attention at all, and may not for many months, as I am still in ongoing treatment for a head injury from that accident. For him to have decided not to represent me would be one thing. But for him to say one thing and do another, both in terms of when my case would be considered by their firm, as well as the likelihood of my case being taken at all ~ that is simply rude, disrespectful, and poor business. Since my first conversation with him in October, I had been given no reason to believe that he would not represent my case, and if there had been any question on that matter, I would have started seeking someone else months ago. Knowing this now, though, I am happy to be able to pursue someone with greater integrity, and certainly wouldn't recommend Kirkland for anything at all. What a shame.

Mr. Bailey is personable and always considerate! I continually felt like my situation was important and they're working to make sure everything is handled. Amber Rice, their assistant, is amazing as well and never hesitates to answer my questions or update me throughout the process! I couldn't of asked for a better team during such a trying time - highly recommended for anyone needing representation!
