Receptionists/secretary's are the first people your customers will speak to and or see. They should be welcoming, polite and make you feel like you are in the right place. When I called in I didn't feel like I was in the right place, I didn't know who I was speaking to and I wasn't welcomed. You lost me at the door figuratively speaking.

Arnold and Bailey in one word, Outstanding!!! Had Mr Arnold not yawned throughout my entire consultation there would've been a 1% chance I retained him..I would rather have retained a circus clown to represent me than someone who clearly wanted easy money. Mr Arnold is a prime example of why you don't retain a local attorney for a local matter...get someone outside of your local jurisduction..you'll be better off
